1 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day checking warranty / replacement policy for our customers across Pakistan. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.

2 How to Request a Replacement?

To initiate a replacement, please contact us on our official WhatsApp number or email us at support@nuvelas.store with your Order ID and clear pictures/video of the issue. Our team will verify and guide you through the process.

3 Refunds & Shipping Fees

Please note that we primarily offer replacements for defective items. Cash refunds are only applicable if the specific item is completely out of stock. Shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse are paid by the customer.
