Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep across Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery to Bahrain and the UAE usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Free shipping may apply to orders that meet the minimum required amount specified on our storefront.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items so we can assist you.
